We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve our services. This includes processing your campaigns, delivering messages through the WhatsApp Cloud API, generating analytics, and providing customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Contact lists, message content, and API credentials are isolated to your account. We use secure database infrastructure with regular backups and monitoring.

4. WhatsApp Business API Data

When you connect your WhatsApp Business account, we store your Phone Number ID and Access Token encrypted. Message delivery and read receipts received via webhooks are stored to provide campaign analytics. You can disconnect your account at any time in Settings.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API to send messages. Your use of Sendvora is also subject to Meta's Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Terms of Service. We may use analytics services to understand how our platform is used.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your contacts and campaign data from your dashboard. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
