1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sendvora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Sendvora is a SaaS platform that enables users to send bulk WhatsApp messages using the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Features include contact management, message templating, campaign creation, delivery tracking, and analytics.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Sendvora only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations and Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy. You may not use the service to send unsolicited messages, harass others, or distribute harmful content. You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send.
5. WhatsApp Business API Compliance
Your use of Sendvora requires a valid WhatsApp Business account and compliance with Meta's Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Policy. You are responsible for obtaining necessary opt-ins from message recipients and using only approved message templates where required.
6. Payment and Billing
Some features of Sendvora may require payment. All fees are exclusive of taxes. You agree to pay all charges associated with your account. Subscription fees are billed in advance. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
7. Intellectual Property
Sendvora and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your contact lists and message content.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sendvora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Message delivery depends on Meta's infrastructure and recipient device availability.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sendvora operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
